to speak English very well .. what should you do??

Good morning everybody, How are you today? I hope all of you is ok ,of cousre I'm a new member here and I'm very happy to be with you ,actully I came here to this forum for learning English Language as what most of you do
What I want you to know now is that i'm ok in the section of writing and reading but I'm not satisfied with my speaking(I feel so embarrassment When I speak it especially when I speak it(English language) with the one who can speak it very well...like teatchers or the students who they are haigher then my level)
I Think I can speak it fairly well but that happen when I only speak it slowly, and all of people who speak it with me speak it very fast ,so that I can't unredstand them even if I learned the words which the
said them

so The question here is WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE A GOOD SPEAKER in short time?
