Default "Tomboy" Antonym

I would like to know whether the word "tomboy" has an antonym. Could someone help me please. I am not able to find an answer as none of the dictionary websites I have checked mention it.

Thanks

I couldn't think of an antonym (the best I could come up with was describing the boy as 'effeminate'), and then I found this on a site:

"Sissy boy: a vernacular term applied to a boy whose developmental differentiation of gender-identity/role (G-I/R) is in variable degree discordant with the evidence of his genital morphology."

hth!
