Hello! What is the most formal way to say that ' I have succesfully passed a university couse'

a) I have successfully been examined in 35 courses during my studies
Comment: I think examine is most properly used for medical reasons
b) I have successfully passed 35 courses during my studies
Comment: Not sure if pass is used correctly
c) I have successfully attained 35 courses during my studies
Comment: I think attain course is more about learning new stuff rather than taking part in any examination process.

Only b, but if you are successful, then passing is understood, and there's no need to say "during my studies" because that's what you're doing when you take courses.

If you've already graduated, then I would say "I passed 45 courses (as part of my degree).
