Smile Come one, come all

Dear teachers,

I am writing my questions below:

What does that mean by "Come one, Come all"
Parking is the best thing you did "in more ways then one" What does "in more ways than one" mean?

What goes after "rather than"? to+V or Ving?

Thanks!

Come on, come (one) all - exactly what it says - come on, come on everybody - let's get involved

In more ways than one - again - exactly what it says - it is the best thing he/she can do best and not only one way.
