if i am not mistaken, it is ok ! both in terms of grammar and other required rules,I mean it is a meaningful sentence in every respect...

First, it needs punctuation. And even though the person likely means the same thing now as before, I would use the past for "mean", which, of course, is "meant". Other than these two things, your sentence is correct.

I would say there is more than one possibility for punctuation with "really". It seems to me that "really" could be a yes-no question, indicated by one's tone of voice.
