Default particular

In dictionary,"find" means "to have a particular feeling or opinion about someone or something"
I'd like to know the meaning of "have a particular feeling or opinion"

I wonder if there is any difference between (1) and (2).
1. I find her attractive.
2. I think she is attractive.

Thank you in advance.
