    I could not find a suitable meaning for "oiled" in this phrase. I need a suggestion.

    Oil has a metaphoric meaning in the sentence. Oil is a lubricant, a substance that is put on a surface to help it move more easily against another one. When finances are oiled, everything moves smoothly.
