Any grammatical mistake in my peice of writing?

Hi dear teachers!

I've been asked to write an invitation by my boss. I've done that but not sure if there is any grammatical mistake in it. Please help me out.
Here is what I wrote:
You are cordially invited to the ‘Tea Party’ arranged by the school management Insha Allah on 05th August 2009 in honour of your efforts and devotion performed throughout the academic year and finally resulted in the success gained in the examination of S.S.C II 2009.
