Too many presents!!
A: I confuse
B: I am confusing
C: I am being confused
Could you explain me the differences among these three kinds of presents and their respective meanings with some examples, please?

I always confuse my cousins because they're so alike. = I always find it difficult to tell which is which.
I am always confusing my cousins! = I'm annoyed about the fact that I can't tell one cousin from the other.
I am being confused. = Someone is trying to make you feel confused, in order to deceive you, perhaps.

Re: Too many presents!!
But the last one refers to a current process: someone is - at that moment - making an effort to confuse the speaker.
If someone is simply confused (nobody's trying to confuse them, they just want further explanation) they say 'I am confused'.

PS An example:
B [Explanation]
A No, don't get it - I'm still confused. Could you try again?
B [Different explanation]
