When someone did something so that your mind is blown (in other words you get a kick) you say, "You just gave me a mind job"
Michel Jackson used to give his fans the best mind job.
2)You run your ass off= You practice running quite a distance every day to reduce weight and keep fit

Cities = What we normally describe as places with all types of amenities and facilities where large number of people live, such as American Cities like New York, California, Los Angeles etc

thank you

I agree with Sarat, but I'll just add a little more.

1)What a mind job. - A mind job is something that impresses you in a very strong way. You think to yourself "Wow!"That's amazing! Incredible!
(i don't understand mind here)

2)You run your ass off - You run very fast - extremely fast - as fast as you can. Be careful how you use this. More than being informal, it would sound vulgar to many people. If you use this expression, be sure it's in the right company. This could also mean that you run a lot - long distances regularly, probably for athletic achievement or just exercise.

Cities? This just means more than one city. It's the plural of "city".
