stacks/ accessible/ proclivity
Would you be kind enough to tell me whether I am right with my interpretation of the expressions in bold in the following sentences?
The stacks are accessible to the public.
stacks = the area of a library in which most of the books are shelved.
The director is accessible to everyone.
accessible = get-at-able = capable of being reached or attained
Mary has proclivity to spend every dime she gets.
proclivity = a natural propensity or inclination; predisposition
Thank you for your efforts.
