Hi from Japan
This is a document from a national government.
I would appreciate it very much if you could answer my questions.
========Document================================== =================
Schedule-5
(Related to Rule 10)
Government of XXX
Ministry of Internal Affairs
Office of the Local Registrar
BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
Registration Number: 55
Registration Date: June 1, 2009
Family Roster Form No. YYY
If Citizenship have taken,
============================================
1) What do they mean by "schedule"? Is that some kind of "plan" or "appendix" or something else?
2) What is "the Local Registrar" like?
3) What is "Family Roster" like? Is there any difference from "family registry"?
4) What is the meaning of "Citizenship have taken" here?
Thank u
Kile

Re: Hi from Japan
Not enough information to answer clearly. What national government? What is this document? Without background and context, it is meaningless.
