Hi,

what does this sentence mean?

"He is dealing cards"

Is it correct?

It means "he's giving cards to everyone participating in the card game".

Context is important, and it's possible that in a particular context a speaker might apply some other meaning to "he's dealing cards". Just the same, that's what it means.
