This strategic retreat in good order was not lost on a woman present nor observed by a man.

This strategic retreat in good order was not lost on a woman present but observed by a man.

    I.Are all sentences good sentences?
II. "nor","but","or", which one is better?

She marked how graceful was his negligent pose.
She marked how graceful his negligent pose was.

    Are both sentences good?

    Please.

It's a bad sentence. I don't like any of your versions.

This strategic retreat in good order was noticed by a woman present and was also observed by a man.

I.Are all sentences good sentences? No
II. "nor","but","or", which one is better? None of them are good.
You could make it better by putting the man first:
This strategic retreat in good order was not observed by a man, but was not lost on a woman present

She marked how graceful was his negligent pose. Unusual
She marked how graceful his negligent pose was. Normal

    Are both sentences good?

    Please.
