GRammAR == battle of wills HMMMMM
1. In the phrase 'battle of wills' is the word wills a noun or an adjective? My friend said it is an adjective that modifies the word battle while I think it is a noun as it cannot be seperate as it is a noun phrase.
2. In the sentence -- She is willing to help me. -- Is the word "willing" an adjective or a verb? my friend said it is a verb while I think it is an adjective that describes the mindset of the "She"...
Pls hlp tks...........

1. Noun. Sorry, your friend is wrong.
2. Adjective. Your friend is 0 for 2.
