Default have got / got

Dear teachers.
I wonder if "have" can be omitted in "I have got a headache"

In some regional varieties of English, it can be omitted. In an exam, it would be regarded as an error.

Yes, especially regarding American English. But be aware of such omitting speaking about he/she/it - in that case "has" can't be omitted. But it's usually reduced to 's. "She's got a question" - for instance.
