This is to remind that you have to report your time in your CSRs once handling with it.
Below is the % CSR not TR getting from MU Web updated on Aug 21. The target of CSR TR is 100% which means CSR not TR is based on 0% requirement.
If you aware of the CSR in the past that has not yet reported, please take your action accordingly. Failed to TR will give impact to our e2e performance.
This will be sent on the weekly basic on the updated status of TR in CSR!
