Way to learning or Way to learn?

Dear Teachers,

One of famous English teachers in our country has put the following phrase in his recent paper advertisement.

"The Best Way to Learning English".

But I was wandering if it is grammartically correct, I mean, is it ...Way to Learning or ....Way to Learn.

It would be a great help if you would spare a moment to explain this.

You have correctly identified a mistake. It should be The Best Way to Learn English. It is an infinitive form of the verb "learn".

First let me offer you my sincere thanks for taking time to answer my thread. But this "to+base verb and to+ing form" has confused me for a long time. You know what, my Cambridge dictionary has on its cover "best start to learning English". This has to be correct, doesn't it?

Yes, it's correct, but not as common.
It would be more usual to say "The best way of learning English" or "The best way to learn English"
The form with -ing is very common after 'of':
"This is the best way of getting there" = This is the best way to get there".

On the other hand "The best start to learn English" sounds awkward, and 'learning' is better. Here's another example:
"Online dating is a good start to finding a partner".
I don't use the construction (I think). If you don't like it, don't use it.

Many thanks for your invaluble comment. I just wanted to know whether "Way +ing" construction can be correct.
I have several Dictionaries includng latest LDOCE 5th edition, but I have failed to find that structure anywhere: what's more I tried finding it on the internet but couldn't. That's why I was a little concerned about it.
