which one is correct?

Hi all!

I am writing an application for leave which is as:

"It is very humbly stated that I need leave to go to my home in City from xx.xx.xxxx till xx.xx.xxxx, which include public holidays as well."

My question is if it is right?


i am confused between these two:


1. Which includes public holidays as well


or


2. Which include public holidays as well

Hi!

The subject is taking "leave" and that is singular, therefor the word 'include' will have no 's' at the end.

I would, however, suggest that you include 'will'
e.g. ...which will include public holidays...
