Default Tenses: Please can you check my answers

Hi , I have attempted the following exercise please can you check if I am on the right track, I am asked to describe the tense for each sentence:

Nigel lives in London = Simple Present

I saw him last week= Simple Past

They discussed the problem for 3 hours = Past Perfect

John is working hard = Present continous

Isabel had finnished her lunch when I arrived= Simple Past

I've had a cold for 5 days= Past continous

I'll give him the message when I see him= Future Form

I'm going to teach in Mongolia next year= Future Form

I was having a bath when the phone rang= present perfect

Thankyou very much , I really appreciate your help and the way you explain .
