which one is correct use for the following sentence?
Please find attached the debit note for your payment. USD30.00 service charge has deduced / reduced from the cost.

Please find attached the debit note for your payment. USD30.00 service charge has been deducted from the cost. I think this is what you are trying to say.

Yes, it should be deducted. Deduce means logically discover, and reduce means lessen, not remove.

It could also be written like this " Please find attached the debit note for your payment. The final amount has been reduced in the amount of the USD30 service charge.
However, this is a little more cumbersome.
