Before 'managing' or after 'change'?

You can manage change effectively or effectively manage change. It means the same thing either way you word it.

They're both fine, but I prefer it after. ;-)

I'd have to actually see it in a sentence before I decide which I prefer.

I tend to put adverbs of manner after the verb and think of this as more an adverb of manner than degree. ;-)
