Default effectively managing change or managing change effectively?

effectively managing change or managing change effectively?

Where should the 'effectively' appear in the sentence above?

Before 'managing' or after 'change'?

You can manage change effectively or effectively manage change. It means the same thing either way you word it.

I'd have to actually see it in a sentence before I decide which I prefer.

I tend to put adverbs of manner after the verb and think of this as more an adverb of manner than degree.
