eating disease vs eating disorder
I know the meaning of eating disorder:
Eating disorder - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
But my question is: Can the expression eating disease be used with the same meaning? If not, is the expression eating disease used in English, what does it mean?
PS Feel free to correct any mistakes in this post

Hi, I'm 'The French',
Disorder and desease are both noun, but I am not sure English people use it.
Have a nice day.

Yes, they do. But I would like to learn whether the expression
eating disease is also used, as I know eating disorder is.

No, you don't use eating disease. At least not in Canada.
You could have a disease which makes eating difficult, such as if you have an infection in the throat. The infection is the disease, and it becomes difficult to eat because it hurts.
If you have a cancer of the throat, you might not be able to eat at all in a normal way, the cancer is the disease.
An eating disorder is something in your brain which causes you to have problems with eating.
I am not a teacher.
