Use 'would' to increase distance of possibility, status or time:

If I see you Tuesday, I will kiss you.
If I saw you Tuesday, I would kiss you.

Will you make me a sandwich?
Would you make me a sandwich?

'I will see you next week.'
He said that he would see you the following week.
