Seriously. If you sincerely feel you need something beyond focused—that focused just doesn't quite do it for you, make us feel it in some other way.

The absence of context limits the range of suggestions, but here's an example of what I mean:

Do you mean someone else used the word super-focused and you have to translate it into some other language? In that case, pretend the writer used the word focused, because that's what he should have written. Translate it to whatever word your language uses for focused.

Yes, that's about right. Everybody was concentrating on what they were dong and on the competition that was apparently about to begin. They were preparing both physically and mentally to perform at their very best. Yes, the atmosphere was focused. Everybody was concentrating very hard.
