A question in "Phrasal Verb" section
In the "Phrasal Verbs" section, Intransitive verbs has been explained as "not taking an object", but why in the following sentence, Intransitive verbs take the object?
She brought through a surprising result.
The job brings in two thousand dollars a month.

If they have objects, they are transitive. Not all verbs are forced to be either / or. Many can function either way, depending on use.
