Default phrasal verbs

I need to know the meaning of come through and carry it around,
"Has it come through the house.. and She has to carry it around"
I know today is saturday but will some angel help me?

Carry around- could be either take it with her everywhere she goes or take it to a specific place.
Come through- this is when something finally arrives, like a response, but itm sounds strange with 'the house'.
