Default A lesson on "Greetings"

Hi all,
Does anyone have any good ideas on teaching ESL students on how to greet each other in the morning or at the beginning of class for example? Any additional resource or references on this topic would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony

Most books have lessons on this. Just give them the phrases and get them mingling. try giving them some alternatives to the standard phrases.
