1) Is there a criteria Criteria is a plural noun. So, 'Are there criteria...'

on for

the minimum limit a minimum is a limit, so you can omit the word 'limit'.

on the essay? The minimum what?

2) What is the return period for electronic goods? sometimes just called 'electronics'.

3) That is my perception on of the modern working young adult.
