Here are a couple of my questions.
Which one of these is right?
> effective from 1st June to 15th June....
> effective 1st June
> effective on 1st June.
I feel the first statement is incorrect. However, I'd like a confirmation.
Another question I have is :-
> Please find attached the....
> Please find the attached sheet.....
> Please find attached, the.....
Which of these are right?

You can say "effective as of June 1st" or "effective from June 1st (until July 1st.)".
As for the other one, it's "Please find attached the report we discussed today."
