Why do you use "maketh"? If you want to use it then you shouldn't use "doesn't", they are from different periods of English. "Physical features maketh not a person ugly..." would be more in keeping.

I am not sure what the question is here.
Physical features do not make someone ugly, a bad personality does.
Maketh is a word we know best from the era of King James and most commonly seen in the King James version of the Bible. I do imagine that the word "maketh" could show up when reading classical literature of that time frame as well.
Example:
Psalm 23:2 The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. ...
"He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,"
