Default help to use the words is and it

hello there, i so confuse to use those 2 words is and its, so i alywas confuse, can any one help me and expalin, brifly, and also my spelling is so bad, how can i improve this???

is = verb: he is coming tomorrow, she is French, etc
its = shows possession: the company has sold some of its offices

it's has to meanings:
it's = it is: it's time to go
it's = it has: it's got to be ready by three oçlock
