How about "Please advise us of your flight details as soon as they are available"?

I would say no, and here's why: Someone knows or will know something about the flight, probably the listener or reader of the question. Therefore, using passive voice sounds strange in this case. It doesn't appear to be the most logical practical grammar form to use here. Also, someone is asking about a flight, but there should be something about the flight that one is asking about. And lastly, I would say that "advise" is used improperly here. I would use "tell" or "inform". Take a look at the usage note from Answers.com: advise: West's Encyclopedia of American Law (Full Article) from Answers.com. It could be acceptable to use "advise" this way, but I recognized immediately that it was rather odd and confirmed this by checking the dictionary usage note.
Considering these points, here are some possible rewrites:
Please, tell us when you have your flight details.
Please, tell us when you know your flight number.
Please, tell us when you have some information about your flight.
Please, tell us when you have more information about your flight.
Please, tell us when you know more about your flight.
