    Default hook up

    Hi

I would love to hook you with you for a beer.

--- Does it just mean I'd like to meet with you and drink a beer?

hook up - Yes, this means to meet, but it means to meet more in the sense of "get together". It's an informal, friendly, social expression, so I would not use it for any meeting at all.

    Hello I'm The French,

I would like to know if it's posible to write : I would like to have a beer with you (is it for you informal or formal sentence?)

    Thank.

It's neutral to me, neither formal nor informal. Though the idea of having a beer with someone would make the statement or suggestion lean more towards informality.
