It's BE, British English. In American English, we typically do not pluralize nouns used as adjectives. I've heard this sort of thing on the BBC World Report. This is not something we do in American English. I would always say "career guidance". English does not pluralize adjectives, generally speaking. Though we see nouns used as plural adjectives in BrE.

If I listen enough, I might learn how to speak BrE ... ... No! Never!
