Default Books for thoughts

Hi everyone, I am new!
The reason I got to this forum is - I was looking for non-fictional reading for my 5th grader (10 y/old).
I am tired of books 'girls vs boys in school' - I want something that takes your breath away because it is adventurous and extraordinary, but real people in it...
I have to also remember that she is an honor student but not a big reader somehow. So I am searching for books that are super interesting and non-fictional.

Thanks so much

Here's one of many sites that might interest you:

I have already looked up the age group you are interseted in. You will also find many categories that are non fictional and very educational. Perhaps science, biographies, nature, animal stories, etc.

Does he like Harry Potter?
