Is this sentence correct?
Please could anybody tell me whether the sentence below is grammatically correct? I am aware that it could be more elegantly written, but I only need to know whether 'to take with him' is correct or an error. If an error, please could you let me know what sort of error it is?
"My mother gave him some money to take with him."
