Default call each other on our stuff

    Dear Teachers,

I read this from The Soulmate Secret by Arielle Ford:

"We always stand close together but not so close as to cast a shadow over the other. We're a team. We're best friends. We call each other on our stuff out of love for each other."

What does "stuff" mean in this context? What does "call each other on our stuff" mean?

In the USA we use a term, "call out." It means to let a person know they have done something wrong or inappropriate. Example: Alyson said a curse word in church and I had to call her out.
To "call each other out on our stuff.." appears to mean letting each other know when they do something that is wrong for their relationship. "Stuff" would be the actions that are considered to be wrong.
Example: The stuffy nose and conjestion from the cold put me in a bad mood. I made a nasty comment to my husband and he called me on my stuff. I apologized for my bad behavior.
