Default Copying a sound track!!!

Hi,

I have two DVD movies, one is with Arabic and English sound tracks, the other with French and English sound tracks.

I want to have one DVD that have the three sound tracks together.

Is it possible to burn a DVD movie to a new DVD so that I can add a new sound track to the burned DVD? (The sound Track will be taken fron another DVD of the same movie)

Is it legal? There may well be copyright issues involved, in which case this is not the place to discuss them.
