    Default PHENOMENON OF AGREEMENT

    PHENOMENON OF AGREEMENT
    EXPRESSING LOGICAL RELATIONS

Is anyone able to give me some sort of explanation as to what these two grammar topics are about?

    Thank you.

Could you provide the context of these phrases? When I read "agreement" I first think of verbs that must agree in a sentence. You would not use present and past together as in:
I laugh when I saw the silly cats. You would keep the same tense: I laughed when I saw the silly cats.

Logical relations: Have you been given examples such as big, bigger than, biggest?

Unfortunately I can't provide the context of these phrases because they are on a list of grammar topics from a language school and there are no examples. I also thought about the tenses but I have no idea if that is what this means.

There's also agreement between subject and verb- I/he/she/it was /you/we/they were. There are logical relations between words in compounds- the difference between running water and running shoe, for instance. I don't know whether this is what they mean, though.

I don't think these are actually formal topics of grammar, since no one else can definitely explain them either.
They sound like idiosyncratic descriptions of some topics, written perhaps by a non-native speaker. Maybe you have to enrol with the language course to unlock their secrets!
