Actually, is very complicated to speak english easily, automatically, and fluently, if you aren't living in an english country. The only way to achieve this purpose and to reach a good level is making a great effort, and to be involved in the matter.
What i am doing when i've got time, is read a lot in english,watch movies in english, news, radio in english in my way to work, now i am wrinting and listening to radio talks in english, i download a lot of podcasts and i listen to them again and again.
Besides this, whenever i got an opportunity to speak english with natives, i make a good use of it .
To improve you english speaking ability you must to listen listen and listen and practice practice...
