Here everything is broken and smashed to pieces.
The drunked man smashed up all the furniture.
The firemen smashed in the doors.
Don’t smash the door open – I have a key!
The car smashed into a wall.
The boat smashed onto the rocks.
He was near to death after a car smash.
He gave me a smashing blow.
It is the public who decide if a film is a smash or a flop.
The dance was an absolute smash.
The teapot fell with an awful smash up.
He fell and hit his head an awful smash up on the curbstone.
There has been a terrible smash up on the railway.
The place was badly smashed up in the air-raids.
When the banks failed, many business were ruined in the smash that followed.
They had smashed their way to the town.
I sneezed my head off.
Coughs and sneeze spread diseases.
Use a handkerchief when you make a sneeze.
A prize $80 in the lottery is not to be sneezed at.
Don’t sneeze at their offer.
to sneeze at = to consider lightly
This offer may not he what you desire, but it's not to be sneezed at.
I sneeze at your opinion.
That sum of money is nothing to sneeze at .
He is not to be sneezed at.

The firemen smashed against/in the doors.OK with against.
Don’t smash the door to open – I have a key! Use preposition to.
The car smashed into a wall. OK
The boat smashed onto the rocks. OK
He was near to death after a car smash.OK
He gave me a smashing blow. Ok
It is the public who decide if a film is a smash or a flop. OK

The teapot fell with an awful smash up. Smash up means an accident on road or rail. In that sense I am not sure to call the falling of teapot a smash up
