10 and 11 are a problem. First, you've changed 'this' to 'that' in 11. (Maybe not a problem)
There are several choices for 10, 11.
10. I learn a lot in this job; I've learned a lot in this job.
11.
I haven't learned much in this job.
I'm not learning much in this job.
I don't learn much in this job.

If you change it to 'that job':
I hadn't learned ...
I wasn't learning ...
I didn't learn ...
"That job" tends to indicate it was in the past, as opposed to "this job" which is the one you have now.
