Yes, but you don't necessarily need to. You can just refer to it as an 18 kW air blower. Or, in the context of describing air blowers, you could just refer to it as your 18 kW model.
To be honest, in my opinion saying "The power of the air blower is 18 kW" sounds a little dumb. After all, I'd be willing to bet that the people who are going to read this are smart enough to know that a kilowatt is a measure of power. Wouldn't you think?

By the way, it's normally written as kW, not kw. And put a space between the number and the unit: 18 kW, not 18kW. You might see it with no space in ads where space is at a premium, but there should normally be a space there.
