Default verb forms

Help!! what is the VERB FORM in the following sentences please
1/ I've been working non-stop all day.

2/ I was sure I had'nt met him before.

1 I have (present) been (perfect) working (progressive\continuous)
2 hadn't (past) met (perfect)

the tense of have shows if it's present or past, the past participle makes it perfect and the -ing form makes the first progressive.
