anyways, I was listening to a song on the radio the other day, called Naked Peekaboo, and well
naked peeka-WHAT 
all the definitions I have found involves some kind of dirty perve sexual intercourse. LOL
but I'm pretty sure the song was not about that, ( or was it)

Peek-a-boo itself is just a game you play with infants, where the adult hides himself under a blanket or behind a sofa or something, and then comes out, mock-frighten the kid and saying "Peekaboo".
