Well, loui, it seems to me that the song is about having sex.

Peek-a-boo itself is just a game you play with infants, where the adult hides himself under a blanket or behind a sofa or something, and then comes out, mock-frighten the kid and saying "Peekaboo".

Of course, in that context it's a euphemism for sex.
