Please help
We advised you clearly that the customer requested the inspection by 16 Oct, but why you slipped it to 19 Oct. Please push your supplier for the earlier delivery date instead of telling us for the delay. Furthermore, did you get our approval to add the extra carton for drop test failure?

Please push your supplier to meet the earlier (?) (scheduled?) delivery date instead of telling us that there will be a delay. (?)

Furthermore, it appears that you did not get our approval to add an extra carton because of the drop test failure.
