2)house warming - a party you celebrate when you move into a new house. 3)pill-popping - taking too many pills, overdoing it. 4)it make my hair pouf - haven't heard that one...perhaps makes my hair stand on its end? 5)what a one-hit wonder that slut turned out to be - in the music industry it refers to a song or an artist who simply vanishes after producing one great hit. There is never anything after that. what a one-hit wonder that slut turned out to be: this woman (slut is a derogatory term for a woman that has many casual sexual encounters) has nothing to show for other than being a one night stand. 6)what i am realy into thses days? - what I am interested in doing, what keeps me busy. 7)it is like a soundtrack to slit your wrists to - ...depressing? boring? awful! 8)what is the mening of happen in this sentence e.g. it happens to be depressing 9)they started to grow fangs - started to grow big venomous teeth...on a dracula or a snake for example. 10)people person- friendly person, one that likes company and is liked by the company. 11)i'm hoping you can hook me up whit a jacket(1.what is the meaning 2)there would be any diference if we say i hope you can hook me up whit a jacket) - you can find me a jacket. Sounds terribly slangish. 12)putting out feelers- you'd say that when you want to feel out the situation by asking indirect questions. 13)fellas- fellows I hope i don't bother you Best wishes |

| For #4, I haven't heard it, but I imagine it's to stand on end too. I'd think it would something like: It made my hair -pouf! It sounds very like spoken language not written. |
