finding difficulty to sign in!

Actually i am finding difficulty to sign in now tell me where can i cancel my membership and begin once again fresh membership with you whenever i entre my username and password i was unable to sign in and i am sure about my password and email but after i use link forgot my password even i was unable to sign in so please Help me i badly needed u i want to contact with you so plz cancel my this membership or send me new username and password.
